Chevrolet WB of R Patrol navigates a sand dune, most probably on a training exercise. Note the Steel helmets, Boys AT Rifle and Lewis Gun. The camouflage pattern is most likely middle stone over Sand.

It is slow going as a Chevy WB navigates a sand dune.

A patrol takes to time rest and catch some rays. A sand mat has been un rolled as break against drifting sand. A swan neck mount on the back of the truck holds a gun, perhaps a Lewis or Boys AT rifle.
